Golden Dust Wear is a curated marketplace bringing together independent designers, brands and creators offering distinctive fashion pieces, accessories and unique creations.

Golden Dust Wear is operated by GOLDEN DUST WEAR OÜ, registry code 17430259, registered at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 3, 10145, Estonia.

Golden Dust Wear provides the platform, the curated environment and the marketplace tools, and may supervise orders in the event of an issue, dispute or breach of the platform rules.

Products and Independent Sellers

Products offered on Golden Dust Wear may be sold by Golden Dust Wear or by selected independent sellers.

Each independent seller is responsible for the products they list, including their description, photos, price, stock, preparation, packaging and shipping.

Golden Dust Wear carefully selects its sellers in order to preserve the identity, quality and atmosphere of the marketplace. However, each seller remains responsible for the accuracy of the information relating to their products.

Product Information

We do our best to present products in a clear and accurate way.

Orders From Multiple Sellers

If you purchase several items from different sellers, your products may be shipped separately.

You may therefore receive several parcels, on different dates, with different tracking numbers.

Each seller remains responsible for shipping the items they sell.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate and up-to-date shipping address at the time of ordering.

Golden Dust Wear and its sellers cannot be held responsible if an order is delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@goldendustwear.com.

We will do our best to help, but an address change cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been prepared or shipped.

Customs, Import Taxes and International Fees

Sellers may ship from different countries.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, handling fees or other charges may apply when the parcel arrives in the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by Golden Dust Wear or by the seller. They are determined by the customs authorities and/or the carrier of the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking information and responding to any requests from the carrier, postal service or customs authorities.

Customs Refusal or Failed Delivery

If the customer refuses to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT, carrier fees or fees related to importation, the parcel may be delayed, returned to the seller, abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities.

If a parcel is returned to the seller due to refusal of payment, lack of response, incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, any possible refund may be reduced by the costs incurred, including:

• initial shipping fees
• return shipping fees
• customs duties or taxes charged to the seller
• carrier fees
• storage fees
• administrative fees
• any other cost related to the failed delivery

If the parcel is abandoned, destroyed or not returned to the seller, a refund may not be possible.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers may submit a return or refund request through their customer account, where this option is available, or by contacting Golden Dust Wear at contact@goldendustwear.com.

As Golden Dust Wear is a marketplace, the relevant independent seller may manage the return request through their seller dashboard, provide return instructions, confirm the return address, inspect the returned item and update the status of the request.

Golden Dust Wear may supervise the process and intervene in the event of a dispute, lack of response, suspected abuse or whenever necessary to process a refund.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, unless legal exceptions apply.

Certain categories of items may not be returnable, including personalised items, made-to-order items, items modified according to the customer’s requests, or certain hygiene/intimate items where return is not appropriate for health or hygiene reasons.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you must contact us as soon as possible at contact@goldendustwear.com.

Please include:

• photos of the parcel if it arrived damaged

Golden Dust Wear may contact the relevant seller in order to review the situation and offer an appropriate solution depending on the case.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before shipment if it has not yet been prepared or processed by the seller.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us quickly at contact@goldendustwear.com.

We will do our best to process your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been prepared, shipped or personalised.

Golden Dust Wear or the seller may also cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if an obvious error is identified, if payment fails, or if the order presents a risk of fraud or non-compliance.

Customer Account
