Golden Dust Wear is a curated marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers.

Return and refund requests must be submitted through your customer account or by contacting Golden Dust Wear at contact@goldendustwear.com.

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the day they receive their order, unless the item is excluded from return under applicable law or under our Refund and Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, free from stains, perfume, make-up, odours or signs of wear, and returned with original tags, packaging and accessories where applicable.

Because Golden Dust Wear is a marketplace, the relevant independent seller may provide the return instructions, confirm the return address, inspect the returned item and confirm whether the item meets the return conditions.

Golden Dust Wear may supervise the process and may intervene in case of dispute, non-response, suspected abuse or where required to process a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or clearance fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, import taxes or related carrier fees, or fails to collect the parcel, any refund may be reduced by original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees or any other costs incurred.
